What to expect

  1. The technician arrives in your slot and confirms the number and type of units.
  2. Power is switched off and a protective cover is fitted to catch the water.
  3. Filters, coil and fan are washed, then the drain line is cleared.
  4. The outdoor unit is cleaned if it can be reached safely.
  5. The AC is run, air temperature is checked and the job is documented with photos on the platform.

Before the visit

  1. Clear the space under the unit and about a metre in front of it.
  2. Cover or move nearby furniture.
  3. Make the outdoor unit safely reachable and tell the technician if a long ladder is needed.
