What’s included

  2. Fixing the outdoor unit on a base or bracket.
  3. Connecting and insulating pipes up to the standard length.
  4. Connecting power and drain.

Not included

  1. Extra pipe and cable beyond the standard length; quoted separately.
  2. Construction, large wall openings or a new circuit from the panel.

What to expect

  1. You and the technician agree the unit positions and the pipe and drain route.
  2. The units are fixed and the pipes, power and drain connected.
  3. Air is vacuumed from the circuit and the joints tested.
  4. The AC is run, cooling checked and handed over to you.

Before the visit

  1. Have the AC at the location and a suitable power point nearby.
  2. Tell the technician how high the outdoor unit will be so the right ladder comes.

After the service

  1. Run the AC the first time with the technician present and check the drain.
  2. Keep the installation photos on your order page for the warranty.
